Texas Air Mechanical of Keller, TX is looking to hire a full-time Commercial HVAC Service Technician to go into our clients’ commercial buildings to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and cooling systems as well as provide preventative maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
? At least 7 years of HVAC experience including making repair and replace decisions
? EPA certification for refrigerant handling class l, ll, or universal
? Texas TDLR
? Working knowledge of national codes and best practices
? Basic computer skills
? Hand tools needed to perform daily tasks
? A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
? Ability to pass a background check
? Authorization to work in the United States
? Ability to pass periodic drug tests
? Ability to pass a physical, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
? Ability to work overtime and participate in “on call” after hours emergency program
HVAC training at a trade school is preferred but the level of experience will be taken into consideration. Do you have epic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills? Are you clean and organized?
