Job Description:
Managing Partner/ Protegee wanted to work into small but successful HVAC Service Company Ownership in 3-5 years. We offer training in all aspects of business operations from business and bookkeeping to technical. We offer help in getting your HVAC License. We offer competitive pay with the opportunity to increase that. After completing a 90 day probationary period at $27/ hr. we would begin to split the profits 55/45 until the business is yours. Will consider providing a truck and tools to the proper candidate who will have the ability to learn and follow instructions while responding to customer demand. No emails please.
